I was very nervous to get my eyebrows done, I get lash extensions but it's not quite as permanent. I received the Powder brows service and it was so easy! Painless and somehow I managed to sleep through most of it lol. I woke up to a surprise and after the healing process, I LOVE that I chose Browluxeink to do my brows. I have never had my eyebrows done, but have been wanting to get them done for awhile. I came across Alexis's instagram page and loved her work. I had the opportunity to be a brow model for Alexis.
I had direct messaged her and off bat her customer service was just out of this world. She was super friendly and made booking my appointment with her a breeze. For my appointment, she just made it so easy to talk to her. She made me feel comfortable. Made sure she was thorough with every step. She had asked me what style or how I normally do my eyebrows so that she could incorporate that information into my shaping and just always made sure I was okay and loving my brows. I was pretty nervous about getting my eyebrows done! But seeing the before/after photos of Alexis' work made me feel confident to schedule with her! I drove 45 mins for her work specifically! When I got there, she explained to me the process and made the rest of my worries vanish. The experience was painless! I loved my results, especially after my 8 week touch up appointment. Alexis asked if i wanted to go darker, which I did and I don't regret it! It's also very sweet and appreciated that she makes sure to check up on the healing process and see how you're doing. How long do brows last?
Powder brows and microblading are both popular semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing techniques that enhance the appearance of your eyebrows, each with a distinct look and longevity.
Powder Brows
Duration: Powder brows typically last longer than microblading because the technique uses a more diffuse, powdery dot application which penetrates deeper into the skin. Generally, powder brows can last anywhere from 2 to 3 years before they start to fade significantly.
Microblading
Duration: Microblading usually lasts from 1 to 2 years. This technique involves creating thin, hair-like strokes that mimic the appearance of natural eyebrow hair.
How long does lip blush last?
Lip blush, also known as lip tint or lip tattoo, is a popular semi-permanent cosmetic procedure designed to enhance the natural color and shape of the lips. It provides a subtle, natural-looking tint that can define and even correct the symmetry of lips, offering a fresh and youthful appearance without the daily need for lip makeup.
Duration of Lip Blush
Typically, lip blush lasts between 2 to 3 years before it significantly fades and may require a touch-up to maintain its color intensity and shape precision. The exact duration can vary based on several factors
What is the DISQUALIFICATION LIST?
Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:
• Pregnant or nursing
• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
• Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)
• Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
• Viral infections and/or diseases
• Epilepsy
• Pacemaker or major heart problems
• Organ transplant
• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
• Accutane in the past year
• Had Botox in the past 2 months
• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.
• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
